Ok this started because of my log in message in to a convorsation with another zoner so I figured how about an oppinion poll.
In the county I live in it was fought and won that because men may walk around with no shirts on that lady's in public parks may also go topless.
I have the feeling that all they are is balls of fat with a nipple, and ladies should have that choice. I figure it's just more fat at the top, and if ladies want to show off the chest like men can show soft wimpy chests or nice muscled chests... Why not us with are perky or saggy baggage? The person I talked to disagreed. So what do you think?

Isn't that called indecent exposure?

I think if any woman was to walk around a park or any other publick place for that matter topliss would show that she has a serious lack of respect for her own self and her boddy. I meen come on, we have to make the men ern it! Pluss I don't think that should be aloud in a park, because who frequents the parks most? Children, and I don't think it's right for them to have to see something like that.

I think that it's her choice. but then again, I don't think childran should be exposed. I also don't think that they should be encouraged to wear them in public. in my opinion you show off at partys and bars and with friends, but wearing it in public to people you don't know...

I agree with Candi's point as far as if there's nothing wrong with a man going shirtless, the same should apply to women. I, personally, would never ever do it, as I also agree with Tracy on the lack of respect thing, but I do think it should be allowed. Either that, or men should have to wear shirts and stop showing off their lack of anything to show off.

Well, I'm all for topless women, as long as they're nice, and conform to the ADA guidelines, specifically the section about letting the totally blind gain hands-on access.

I agree with chelsea, if a woman wants to show off her breasts, then let her go ahead and let her show off her breasts. I don't think I would personally do it, but hey, if men can show off their chests and what have you, then so can women.

my question is this : why is it that men go topless and nothing is said about it but when women do it, it's an automatic lack of self respect? i mean, i just don't get why society still hasn't put us on an equal playing field. i would never go topless but if i did, i would hope that it would be seen, if nothing else, as too much self respect and pride for my body instead of the lack thereof.

i think the reason most women don't do it is because that's all the men would look at. However you'll have your attention whore in almost any place.

you have to think that nipples on a guy can be an extremely sensitive place and sexually stimulating but they can show that off to children, and one of the first things a child sees are breasts.

I agree. I've always wondered why it's okay for a guy to go topless, and not a girl. Hell, I envy guys. I'd love to go topless sometimes. But then I'd be labeled as a slut or something, and I have no desire for that. Besides, some shirts that women wear, they may as well be topless. Grin.

yeah, people talk about kids being exposed to it, I don't know about the rest of you, but I was sucking on a damn nipple by the time I was a couple of months old, before I went to a bottle.

Yo, I'd go topless if it were allowed. As it is, I'd probably get in trouble for indecent exposure. I do think it's rather unfair, though, that it's OK for men to show off their bodies but it's unacceptable for women.
I think it'd be cool to go to a nude beach someday. Hehehehe.

If a man can go without a shirt, so should a woman. It should be their choice.
